Assistant Venn Officer - Data Collection & Integrity

Raising The Village is seeking an Assistant Venn Officer - Data Collection & Integrity to strengthen the organization's data foundation by supporting the DCI team in Venn. This role focuses on enhancing the quality and integrity of data collection through day-to-day supervision of the data collection process, technological innovation and integration, and collaborative efforts to promote best practices across all data collection activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Monitoring & Evaluation and related subjects.
• Proven experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably in the context of development projects or non-profit organizations.
• Understanding of mobile data collection platforms such as SurveyCTO, CommCare, Survey123, ODK, or SurveySolutions.
• Proficiency in statistical packages such as Stata, and SPSS and excellent spreadsheet skills
• Excellent written, communication, and facilitation skills to effectively present findings and recommendations to non-technical project stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
