Job Description
Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of a Co-working space, RakuNest, operated by US Incubation Office within the Rakuten USA office in San Mateo.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with event logistics and coordination
- Experience with customer service or onboarding processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Basic level of data analysis principles and statistical methods
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
