Job Description
The KSTEP Service Coordinator provides case management services for up to 9 families in a contract-based, in-home model. This role involves assessments, evidence-based treatment, providing therapeutic support, data collection, and coordinating meetings. The Coordinator will also assist with training and ensure case plan implementation and safe discharge planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a human services field (social work, counseling, psychology, etc.)
- Experience working with multi-problem families
- Familiarity with crisis interventions
- Ability to develop behaviorally specific goals
