Job Description
Range USA is seeking a Store Leader to lead a team of engaged store associates and create a great experience for customers. The Store Leader will be responsible for directing and supervising the workplace, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety, managing the store's financial performance, and sustaining brand equity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 or more years of retail sales management experience
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), inventory management systems and POS systems
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written) including strong relationship building skills
