Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in investment operations, brokerage operations, or wealth management
• Senior leadership experience in a high-growth or technology-driven environment
• Deep familiarity with broker-dealer operations, including trading workflows, custodians, clearing, reconciliations, and operational controls
• Proven track record of scaling operations through automation, systems design, and process optimization
• Expertise in regulatory and operational risk management, including AML, supervision, and audit readiness
• Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics for operational excellence
