Job Description
Welcome to the Assistant Community Manager role at The Grand at Lake Sheri! We're looking for a motivated and team-oriented individual to support the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the community. As a Ranger, you'll be responsible for completing accounting and reporting tasks, preparing monthly close-out and financial reports, processing invoices, collecting rent, and using the property management system to record, track, and report on all financial workings of the property.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background
- Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs
- Strong proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata Yardi and/or One Site)
