Job Description
We are seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team at The Grand at Lake Sheri in Valdosta, GA. As a Ranger, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the company's performance, promoting a people-focused culture and core values. The successful candidate will execute the property's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service
- Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs
- Strong proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata Yardi and/or One Site)
- Current Valid Driver's License
