Job Description
RangeWater is seeking a Community Manager to manage and coordinate the team members' daily activities and resources of the property to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals. The Community Manager will be responsible for employee champion, budget modeling, forecasting, and profitability analysis and management, lease enforcement process, client/owner management, and resolving customer complaints and issues.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 1 - 3 Years Proven skills sufficient to hire, lead, direct, evaluate, and manage subordinates and team members
- 1 - 3 Years Multi-Family Property Management Experience
- Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background sufficient to manage the day-to-day operation of an apartment community
- Current Valid Driver's License
