Job Description
We are seeking a Leasing Consultant to execute the property's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction, and securing lease renewals.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background
- Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs
- Strong proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata Yardi and/or One Site)
- Current Valid Driver's License
