Leasing Consultant - Seaview at Santa Rosa Beach

We are looking for a Leasing Consultant to execute the property's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing all sales and leasing activities, designing and executing offsite marketing activities, and gathering and analyzing market and economic trends. They will also be responsible for ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and general appearance of the property.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background
• Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs
• Strong proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata Yardi and/or One Site)
• Current Valid Driver's License
