Field Service Engineer Automation

Ranpak is seeking a Field Service Engineer Automation to install, commission, maintain, and repair Ranpak Automation equipment according to service work orders and maximize machine uptime and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• MBO level 4 in Mechatronica or five to eight years related experience and/or training in electronica and mechanics
• Strong mechanical/electronical skills to analyze and resolve problems of complex machinery
• Able to understand and work with PLCs of different vendors (e.g. Siemens, Beckhoff, etc.)
• Logical and solution-oriented thinking
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Good verbal & written communication skills in Dutch and English
• Ability to work independently as well as in teams
• Well-organized, well-mannered, self-controlled, and coachable
• Above average use of computer applications like MS Office
• Willingness to travel most of the time worldwide
• Flexible in working times
