Engineering Manager (Machine Learning, Voice)

Rasa is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Voice team, responsible for shipping features that push the boundaries of Voice capabilities by solving core ML challenges. The role involves mentoring and coaching engineers, driving cross-functional alignment, and contributing to improving DEI in hiring and team dynamics.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience managing engineering teams, ideally in startup environments
• Previous experience as a senior ML engineer on complex, scalable systems
• Experience building and shipping software products end-to-end
• Strong product and business sense, understanding the 'why' behind the work and how it impacts customers and the market
