The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for planning and execution of sales activities resulting in significant sales growth, and for dynamically driving RATIONAL to market leadership in the assigned region.

- Culinary background
- Sales experience with commercial cooking equipment
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter, detail-oriented, enthusiastic, motivated and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Ability to solve problems, overcome objections, and influence others
- Strong organization, time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to negotiate, leverage leads and close
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English
- Computer literate
- Valid driver license
- Willingness for overnight away-from-home travel up to 30% of time
