Job Description
Ray Sono is seeking a (Senior) Business Development Manager to join their organization and shape their Growth Unit. The role involves developing outbound and inbound strategies, acquiring new customers, building a business network, conducting market analyses, and managing sales. Ray Sono offers a dynamic environment with diverse digital projects and a culture that values professionalism, respect, and collaboration.
Requirements
- Proven successes and methodological knowledge in Sales, Account Management, or Project Management.
- Experience in acquiring new customers at various levels (department, IT, C-Level to purchasing).
- Experience in marketing digital projects and products as well as Digital Consulting.
- Open personality with convincing presentation skills and moderation experience.
- Outstanding organizational and coordination skills.
- German language proficiency at C2 level.
- English language proficiency at C1 level.
