DeFi Program Manager

Re7 Capital, a London-based crypto-asset investment firm, is seeking a Program Manager to provide strategic and external-facing support across the team. The role focuses on launching new vaults, DeFi integrations, and scaling the team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of blockchain technologies and be passionate about DeFi.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in traditional finance or DeFi
• Proven ability to manage complex programs across multiple stakeholders
• Extensive program & project management experience
• Knowledge and enthusiasm for L1/L2 chains, protocols, liquidity pools, automated market makers (AMMs), and yield strategies
• A strong understanding of risk management principles
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Entrepreneurial & commercial mindset
• Dynamic and able to consistently move at a fast pace
• Excellent organisational, time management and planning skills
• Strong communication skills
• University graduate
