DeFi Program Manager

Re7 Capital is a London-based crypto-asset investment firm seeking a Program Manager to support DeFi Labs, focusing on strategic initiatives like launching new platforms and scales. The role involves managing programs from initiation to completion, coordinating with internal and external teams, and contributing to the company's overall goals. Requirements

• 5+ years experience in traditional finance or DeFi
• Proven ability to manage complex programs across multiple stakeholders
• Extensive program & project management experience
• Knowledge and enthusiasm for L1/L2 chains, protocols, liquidity pools, automated market makers (AMMs), and yield strategies
• Strong understanding of risk management principles
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Entrepreneurial & commercial mindset
• Dynamic and able to consistently move at a fast pace
• Excellent organisational, time management and planning skills
• Strong communication skills
• University graduate
• Ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex concepts and ideas
