Reality Defender is seeking a People & Talent Intern to gain hands-on experience in recruiting, HR operations, and talent programs in a fast-growing technology company.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Interest in HR, recruiting, and talent operations
