HR Business Partner

The HR Business Partner will provide consultation and support to the designated business unit at a small manufacturing site location by implementing human resources initiatives, including payroll, safety, employee relations, employee engagement, and communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field
• 2+ years of HR experience
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred
• SHRM or HRCI Certification preferred
• Microsoft Office Suite experience
• Payroll Software experience
