We are seeking a hybrid Marketing & Label Manager to lead go-to-market for releases and catalog strategy, coordinating with all involved areas (creative, production, and distribution).
Requirements
- 3–5 years in BI/marketing: experience in data analysis and creation of strategies to capitalize on trends and market opportunities.
- Around 3 years of experience in Label Manager or Release Manager roles in a label or digital distributor, with measurable cases of success.
- Organizational and leadership capacity in project management.
- Excel/Sheets advanced and music analytics tools (Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists, YouTube Analytics; Chartmetric/Soundcharts/Luminate).
- C1 English oral and written.
