Administrative Assistant

Recite Me is seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support a growing team, focusing on finance administration, team support, and HR administration within a SaaS scale-up. The role offers the opportunity to grow operational experience and contribute to the company's ambitious goals. The position will initially be fully remote and then transition to a hybrid schedule.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of administrative, finance, or office support experience
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with a high level of accuracy
• Confident communicator, friendly, professional, and comfortable engaging with team members and stakeholders
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
• Quick learner with a proactive mindset
• Experience with QuickBooks, HubSpot, or similar platforms (a plus)
• Familiarity with HR processes and/or payroll systems (desirable)
