Job Description
Recora is seeking an experienced Director of Clinical Operations to manage and scale their virtual Cardiac Rehabilitation (CR) service line. The role requires strong operational expertise, leadership skills, and strategic planning to deliver impactful services and optimize team performance. This is a key position for an organization redefining heart health and scaling operations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of leadership experience, including managing teams of 50+
- 5+ years in startups (ideally early-stage, tech or healthcare preferred)
- Proven track record of building high-performing teams and hitting KPIs across full-time and contract staff
- Skilled in setting and executing department OKRs
- Experience scaling virtual delivery programs efficiently
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and time management skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize & multitask
