Hospital Account Director, Endocrinology (New Jersey or New York, NY)

Hospital Account Director, Endocrinology position at Recordati Rare Diseases, Inc. (RRD), North America. The role requires strategic engagement with institutional stakeholders, cross-functional collaboration, and deep market insight to drive access and advocacy for Recordati's rare disease portfolio within hospitals, pituitary centers, and integrated delivery networks (IDNs).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years of experience in the healthcare/biotech/pharmaceutical industry, with a strong focus on rare disease (endocrinology & metabolism experience highly desirable)
• Proven success in strategic account management, stakeholder engagement, and/or market access roles
• Strong working knowledge of the rare disease business landscape including hospital dynamics, regional payers, and professional organizations
• Excellent strategic thinking, listening, interpersonal presentation and communication skills, and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
