Job Description
The Hospital Account Director, Endocrinology role is a critical position at Recordati Rare Diseases, Inc. (RRD), North America. The successful candidate will lead efforts to secure formulary inclusion or implement consignment programs, ensuring prescribers have uninterrupted access to therapies for their patients. This role requires strategic engagement with institutional stakeholders, cross-functional collaboration, and deep market insight to drive access and advocacy.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the healthcare/biotech/pharmaceutical industry
- Proven success in strategic account management, stakeholder engagement, and/or market access roles
- Strong working knowledge of the rare disease business landscape
