Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor - Remote

Recover is seeking a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor to provide outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment for individuals struggling with substance use and mental health challenges in San Diego, California. The role involves providing counseling in various settings and collaborating with a treatment team to develop comprehensive treatment plans. The position is full-time and offered 40 hours per week across five days.

Requirements

• CAADC / LAADC certification valid in California from one of the three state-recognized certifying organizations
• 2+ years of experience in mental health and/or substance use treatment
• Fluency in Spanish (nice to have)
