We're looking for a proactive and experienced Customer Support Associate to join the team and work Remotely with a service agreement.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of customer support experience or 2 years in a customer-facing role.
- Background in Forex trading (1+ year) is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in English (advanced or near-native level).
- Knowledge of an additional language (Spanish, Arabic, Farsi, German, Tagalog, Hindi, Portuguese, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
- Proficient with customer support tools and software.
- Ability to stay resilient and multitask effectively under pressure.
