Job Description
cargo.one is a fast-growing Series B company backed by Venture Capital firms looking for a Customer Support Associate to deliver excellent customer experiences. This role involves providing support to customers and partner airlines through various channels, advocating for customer needs, and contributing to the continuous development of the customer support function. It's a remote position with the opportunity to work from Europe.
Requirements
- Experience with service mindset and empathy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience working in contact center environments.
