Recruiterflow is an AI-first RecOps platform that transforms how recruiting agencies operate. We're looking for an experienced Partnerships Marketer to join our squad and develop end-to-end partnership marketing strategies aligned with GTM priorities and revenue goals.
Requirements
- Develop and execute end-to-end partnership marketing strategies aligned with GTM priorities and revenue goals.
- Identify, onboard, and grow strategic technology, channel, and ecosystem partnerships.
- Collaborate with partners on joint marketing initiatives, co-branded content, and integrated campaigns.
- Drive multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, paid, and content marketing) in collaboration with partners to generate demand and pipeline.
- Work closely with sales, customer success, product, and content teams to align partner messaging and enable effective follow-ups.
- Track and measure partnership performance across MQLs, pipeline contribution, ROI, and CPL.
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all partner-facing assets and communications.
- Manage partner programs, documentation, and ongoing relationship health.
