Requirements
- Be our customers' first point of contact, providing friendly and efficient consultation and support.
- Help our clients be the best at what they do by explaining the platform functionality and tools.
- Investigate and troubleshoot internal and customer-reported issues and provide follow-ups to the clients.
- Use a variety of software and tools to track and manage customer interactions.
- Work with other teams to ensure a consistent client experience.
- Interface with existing clients via phone, email, chat and web meetings – needs to have strong communication skills and the ability to interact with International clients.
- Gather, document, and share knowledge related to scenarios faced and coach team members to preempt roadblocks while providing support as well as create supporting collaterals.
- Enhance their knowledge via internal and external channels and maintain an up-to-date awareness.
