We are looking for a Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team and create a culinary experience like nowhere else in the Gooi. As Sous Chef, you will work with renowned top chef Sidney Schutte to set up a French bistro where pure enjoyment takes center stage.

Requirements

• Sous chef with experience in similar leadership roles within the (high) hospitality industry
• Experience in planning, maintaining the overview, and remaining calm under pressure
• Strong in planning, maintain the overview, and remain calm under pressure
• Team player with a clear vision and the talent to convey it
• Someone who loves classic flavors but is willing to innovate
