Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and creative Sous Chef for PK Bar & Kitchen in the heart of Utrecht. You will be responsible for the daily operations in the kitchen, think about a seasonal menu, lead the kitchen team, and ensure that each dish is presented perfectly.
Requirements
- MBO level 3 work and thinking level
- Proven experience as (sous)chef
- Knowledge of products, ingredients, and menu composition
- Independent, quality-oriented, and stress-resistant
- Flexible availability, also in the evenings and on weekends
