Ductwork Installer

This full-time position involves fabricating, installing, and repairing sheet metal ducts and fittings for HVAC systems. The role requires close collaboration with other trades and adherence to health and safety regulations, including working at heights and in confined spaces. Ductwork is fabricated, assembled, and installed, ensuring proper sealing and airflow.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Apprenticeship or vocational training in sheet metal work or HVAC duct installation.
• Proficiency with sheet metal fabrication tools and equipment (e.g., shears, brakes, crimpers, welders).
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of HVAC airflow principles and duct sizing.
• Physical strength and dexterity.
• Attention to detail.
