Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Apprenticeship or vocational training in sheet metal work or HVAC duct installation.
- Proficiency with sheet metal fabrication tools and equipment (e.g., shears, brakes, crimpers, welders).
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of HVAC airflow principles and duct sizing.
