Job Description
Recursion is seeking a Director-level Clinical Scientist to oversee all clinical aspects of clinical trials. This role involves planning clinical deliverables, monitoring patient eligibility and treatment inquiries, and presenting data to internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. This is a key role in guiding the drug discovery process and ensuring study success.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Scientist
- Prior experience in early phase 1-2 oncology studies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex priorities
- Ability to operate strategically and tactically
- Working Location: Office-based in Salt Lake City / New York City
