Job Description
Recursion is seeking an Associate Director of Drug Development Program Management to lead the execution of late preclinical to clinical phase assets. This role involves strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, risk mitigation, and program execution. The Associate Director will be responsible for developing and driving the development portfolio and ensuring on-time execution of clinical milestones.
Requirements
- BS in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in drug development within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
- 3+ years in program management experience.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and clinical development pathways.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing global drug development programs.
