Job Description
Recycleye is revolutionizing recycling through their AI-powered robots and optical sorters. They are expanding into the DACH region and seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead business development, drive growth, and position the company as a market leader. This role involves building strong client relationships, developing new markets, managing key accounts, and exceeding sales targets.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry
- Understanding of long sales cycles in B2B enterprise
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients
- Excellent communication skills
- B. Eng. or equivalent experience
