We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to be the operational backbone of our talent acquisition efforts during a period of rapid scaling. The successful candidate will manage the full lifecycle of interview coordination across all roles, from engineers building our foundation models to go-to-market teams scaling our enterprise business.
Requirements
- 2-4 years in recruiting coordination, executive assistance, or operations roles (startup experience preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume scheduling and complex logistics
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Ashby)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Systems mindset—you naturally spot inefficiencies and implement solutions
- Strong judgment and ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion; bias to action
- Technical aptitude to quickly master new tools and build automated workflows
