Job Description
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will own the operational backbone of recruiting at TriEdge Investments, ensuring interviews run flawlessly, candidates have an exceptional experience, and recruiters and hiring managers can operate at high velocity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Coordinator, or in a similar recruiting operations role
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, high-complexity scheduling with multiple stakeholders
- Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Calm, professional communicator who can handle last-minute changes and competing priorities without dropping the ball
- Experience working with modern ATS tools (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar strongly preferred)
