Job Description
Refloor is offering a General Manager in Training program for candidates with a passion for leadership and sales. The program provides hands-on training in sales, operations, and leadership, with expert guidance and ongoing mentorship. This role is ideal for someone willing to relocate after completing the training.
Requirements
- Open to relocation after training
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Preferred previous sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office technology
