Job Description
Refloor is offering a General Manager in Training program designed for individuals with a natural leadership talent, sales experience, and a desire to motivate a team. The program provides intensive training in sales, operations, and leadership, with expert guidance and mentorship. The role involves hands-on experience, learning company values, and earning potential.
Requirements
- Open to relocation after training
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Preferred previous sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office technology
