Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Lead / Head / Director Financial Products to join our Finance team and help shape the next phase of refurbed's growth. This is a senior, hands-on position combining financial expertise, product understanding, and strong execution skills.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in payments, lending, financial products, or structured financing.
- Experience in building and scaling financial solutions in a fintech, or platform business.
- Strong relationship and negotiation skills with banks, PSPs, and financial institutions.
- Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills, ablility to assess new opportunities and evaluate risk-return profiles.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Pragmatic, entrepreneurial, and hands-on mindset suited for a fast-paced growth environment.
