Requirements
- University degree
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management
- Ideally with marketplace and/or retail businesses
- English and German language skills
- Italian, French, or Spanish language skills beneficial
- Proven experience in managing and growing accounts
- Driving performance improvements and coordinating operational projects
- Tech and AI-first mindset
- Critical thinking skills
- Resilience and ability to learn from setbacks
- Structured and analytical approach to problem-solving
- Previous experience working in a marketplace environment
