Senior Product Manager - Seller Happiness (f/m/x) - remote

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and expand the seller-facing experience on refurbed. You'll work cross-functionally with engineers, designers, analysts, and our supply team (commercial & operations) to build scalable solutions that make selling on refurbed effortless.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a marketplace environment (ideally on the seller/vendor side)
• Strong track record of building successful B2B or partner-facing products
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear requirements, business and user value
• Experience working closely with engineers and discussing technical trade-offs with confidence
• Demonstrable technical expertise: Proven experience working with key technologies and concepts such as APIs and integrations, file/CSV/feed uploads, and management interfaces
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
• A data-driven mindset with experience in defining and tracking product KPIs
• Passion for sustainability, marketplaces, and building great experiences for partners
