The Financial Analyst is a key member of the Couplings Division within the Industrial Powertrain Solutions Segment. The role is a critical partner to the local operations teams in optimizing and executing financial planning, reporting and analysis in support of the Couplings Business Unit.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, Finance/Accounting is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years progressive experience in financial/accounting functions, including cost, is required.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills is required.
- Experience with Power BI is preferred.
- Experience with OneStream, Hyperion or other consolidation and reporting tools is preferred.
- Demonstrated competency and ability to effectively present financial concepts and narratives to non-financial audiences is required.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage time and multiple priorities is required.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict management skills which fosters teamwork and collaboration is required.
- Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset and an advocate for change is required.
- Willing and able to occasionally travel up to 10% to domestic and international Couplings Division sites as needed is required.
