Job Description
FP&A Analyst II role at Regal Rexnord's Milwaukee HQ, supporting comprehensive financial planning, reporting, and analysis for the Commercial Gearing Business Unit, driving process improvements and enhancing decision-making through clear and effective communication.
Requirements
- Partner with the Commercial Gearing Finance Director to deliver insightful analysis and reporting
- Lead the development, consolidation and delivery of monthly performance reports
- Collaborate with site operations and corporate teams to optimize forecasting and budgeting processes
- Engage with site operations teams to monitor and report daily performance
- Leverage advanced analytical tools and systems knowledge
- Analyze P&L and working capital trends to identify risks and opportunities
- Support ad hoc financial and strategic project work
- Support internal control processes
