Requirements

• Manage production operations across all shifts
• Champion the use of standardized procedures and operational discipline
• Provide leadership and development to Production Superintendents and Supervisors
• Solve complex manufacturing challenges using structured problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
• Develop and implement plans, cost estimates, and schedules to integrate new product or process requirements into existing operations
• Lead initiatives to improve safety, product quality, delivery performance, and cost efficiency
