Manager II, Manufacturing Engineering

The Manufacturing Engineering Manager II is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing new or revised production processes for efficient mass production. The role involves supervising and directing the work of teams and/or individuals, and managing activities of a section within a department.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Operations Management
• Minimum 10 years of experience in development of strategic manufacturing processes
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing engineering and maintenance management roles
• Strong knowledge of aluminum casting and injection equipment, tooling, and process controls
