Manufacturing Engineer

The Manufacturing Engineer is a key member of the Product Development Team responsible for development and implementation of production cells to meet quality, cost and delivery objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or related
• 3 years of experience with motor product development or manufacturing process development
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing principals, FMEA's, error-proofing, standard work, machining, equipment and tooling design preferred
• Familiarity with metrology, gauges, measurement equipment and GD&T preferred
• Demonstrate a high degree of initiative and creativity
• Good analytical skills
• Work well with others and have the ability to lead cross-functional teams to solutions
• Ability to manage multiple projects within defined time and budget constraints
