Job Description
Rehab United is a family-owned private practice specializing in physical therapy, massage/wellness, and fitness. We are looking for a Front Office Assistant to join our team and help us provide exemplary service and support to our patients and clients across San Diego County.
Requirements
- Greet and check-in patients when they arrive to the office
- Maintain daily scheduling of patient appointments
- Respond to heavy volume of incoming calls for appointments and other requests
- Collect patient co-payments, deductibles, and prior balances
- Balance daily monies and receipts
