Job Description
We are looking for an MVB - LVB Mentor to support young people with a moderate intellectual disability in growing in independence and involving colleagues in this process. The ideal candidate has experience in supporting new colleagues and has a natural approach to guiding young people.
Requirements
- Experience in supporting new colleagues
- Ability to involve colleagues in the process
- Ability to provide safety, structure, and clarity
- Adaptability to the development level of the young people
- Ability to guide clients individually and in group settings
- Supporting colleagues in their learning process and development
- Ability to signal problems and think along in solutions
