Job Description
We are looking for a strategic thinker to join our Central Planning Bureau as a Capacity Planner. You will be responsible for planning and advising on staff deployment and capacity planning, and will contribute to the quality of care for our clients.
Requirements
- HBO-level work and thinking supplemented by at least 2 years of experience in capacity planning or WFM
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations (ATW, disability care collective labor agreement)
- Analytical mindset
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience with planning systems and data analysis
- Affinity with change management and process optimization and have a coaching and connecting attitude

- A gross salary between € 2,992 and € 4,178 per month (disability care collective labor agreement, FWG 45, based on 36 hours per week)
