Job Description
Working as a Personal Caregiver at Reinaerde means being part of a team that provides high-quality care to residents with mild intellectual disability (LVB) and additional challenges. You will help residents gain control over their world by providing structure, proximity, and an open mind. The team uses the Triple-C method to focus on building a supportive relationship and providing a meaningful daily program.
Requirements
- HBO level of education and relevant diploma in care
- Experience in creating care plans and methodical work
- Good communication skills and an eye for quality
- You are person-centered and reliable
